Over 2 decades ago, Jeffrey A. Kapelus, CPA, founded Capstone Search Solutions, a firm dedicated to serving CPA firms and the accounting profession with a unique consultative approach. In recent years, the transformation in the accounting profession has given rise to additional options to our clients and has reshaped the way in which firm leaders view the future. To meet the new challenges of his clients in the current transformative landscape, Jeff has rebranded Capstone Search Solutions to Capstone Partners.
Why Capstone?
Jeff wanted the firm name to represent the ultimate in client service and professionalism. To strive and be among the best in the business. Similarly, he hoped clients would view their engagement with Capstone Partners as one of their top experiences of this type. The definitions of Capstone are: pinnacle, zenith, culmination. A high-water water mark. Or as Frank Sinatra put it ” Top of the heap” (and no, Jeff didn’t select Capstone because it sounds a bit like his name).
